I recently got a new job that now exceeds the $129,000 limit to be qualified for roth IRA. The company confirmed they have traditional and roth 401k, but do not support any other backdoors. Is my best bet here then to roll over from Roth IRA into Roth 401k, or keep the IRA as is but not invest more? Goal right now is to save as much as I can and max out within 3y for marriage/kids (been already maxing out 401ks throughout career, and recently HSA until the new job, in which I will have an FSA)

The deadline from my STEM OPT 1st year self evaluation is due August 1st. I got it done and signed by my employer and sent it to my school’s DSO Friday morning (7/30). I haven’t heard back from the DSO and 8/1 is a Sunday. If they don’t get around to submitting it with SEVIS by tomorrow (which I doubt they will given the weekend) will I have issues? Is the 8/1 deadline for me to do it and submit it to the DSO or is the deadline for the DSO to submit?
