Have about ~25k sitting in ROTH TSP. Calculators forecast that’ll be worth about north of~200k by the time I hit retirement at an average rate of 10% growth. Would it make more sense to roll it over into employer (Vangaurd) 401k plan to have more buying power of certain funds? Or are the expense fees that good and low in the TSP that I should just keep it in place?

If my company doesn’t match my 401k yet, should I still max out my 401k contribution or make personal investments instead?
Looking to boomerang back to PwC. The offer for a salaried position was pretty solid, but that one-time sign on bonus will go away the next year (obviously). They mentioned ‘Talent-Exchange’ and getting paid hourly with no benefits. If I did that, I would make about 205k (gross, with no benefits). That’s assuming I would average 55 hours a week throughout the year (pretty similar to what I work right now). Anyone have experience doing this? I’m worried averaging 55 is not possible.
Just moved my old employers 401k to a traditional IRA. Valued at 30.5k and I got it out before the market dip. Should I convert it to a Roth before the end of the year or does anyone have suggestions on etfs to put this money in. I’m 28 married filing joint and this is the last month or two before my wife starts working as well. My income this year was about 100k with 10-15k from rental property
PwC folks! Is the firm providing any home office benefits like new monitor purchase? I'm starting in September and debating whether I should wait to purchase my second monitor.

About to finish my first year in consulting right out of undergrad. I see a lot of posts on here about job hopping and getting better pay and other benefits for it. What’s the strategy behind this? Currently at a tech consulting firm and love our culture so I’m conflicted
I am deeply influenced by the FIRE (Financial Independence Retire Early) principles.. wondering.. have people seen young partners (say A level partners) retire after a couple years? How does it affect pension for such partners? Context: I'm trying to retire in the next 10-12 years.. which (if i stay in consulting) will probably be y2 or so as PPMD. Trying to gather some historical precedence info from the expert here!Deloitte

Some men aren’t sexist, they’re assholes and gender is irrelevant to them - it’s not always about you
I’m having a bit of sticker shock here as I look at my step son’s and step daughter in laws baby registry. They are asking for a stroller that is $600 an extra seat for it which is $250. It’s been a long time since I shopped for a baby. Am I that much out of touch??Is that normal to pay that much or am I being cheap?? Just wondering.

Shot in the dark — COVID-safe girls’ day out ideas for Jan in (gulp) Miami? My MIL is one of my dearest friends and I want to treat her in thanks for the incredible season of holiday hosting she pulls together.
I’m only 2-3 years into my career and I feel like f*cking toilet paper — just spent a week of my life busting ass/working OT on a reduced salary (thanks COVID, love ya 😘) “designing” PPT presentations for clients I’ve never met. I know that’s normal, but it would be nice to know the ppl who constantly tell you to “jazz it up”... I’m just really, really questioning what I’m doing in advertising. I feel like I have absolutely no point right now and it doesn’t seem like that’s going to change.

General question: If you get laid off from a job, and have ~6 month’s of expenses saved, would you simply focus on getting a new job, or getting a new job that pays more? Should you ever take a pay cut, especially in times like these?
