I have an offer from Gartner for PPR team- Principal. Can anyone help me with the team feedback, annual hikes at Gartner. I heard culture and wlb is good, but hikes are lower than 10%. Is that true?

What is the value in professional certifications? ACCA, CFA, CIPD, etc.

Looking into certifications like the CFP or CFA but they’re so expensive and I can’t afford the upfront cost right now. Are other certs like APMA and CDFA worth it?

Had a couple walk in and being all of our requisite info etc. Worked through their financial plan and in the budget discovery phase found two things. I need help with how to fix it.
