Joining BNP Paribas for role of Senior BA in bangalore, is the Bangalore office new? How many employees are there? How is company culture? Management etc, I had other offers from societe generale and hsbc similar offer but in hsbc the role was of a manager in compliance risk analytics domain, bnp is in trade and investment banking domain, I choose bnp, was it a good choice?

Ive been practicing in TX for 2-3 years at a big law firm doing mostly bankruptcy work (and some trial) and looking to clerk at a bankruptcy court in SDNY/DDE/EDVA (I am well aware of how great the SDTX judges are but I am set on leaving Texas). Anyone familiar with how many apps these judges normally get or what makes candidates stand out? Are these judges generally not interested in someone who has practiced in a different market?

Tips on starting the job hunt process? Like most everyone I'd like to move on to less hours more life, but the process is overwhelming me. I do a good job but I'm so jaded right now from being burnt out I'm anxious I'll make a bad impression on recruiters. Plus there's so many of them I don't know who to reach out to! I'm also very suspicious of any positions at smaller firms, are they actually better or another lie... Senior level, would like to stay in tax.

Cont… Friday came and went no communication. I allowed another weeks to pass and then sent another follow up email. She responded by apologizing not following up and informed me that recruiting handles that part of the process . What i didn’t mention was she had told me that if I get the position she would let me know and if I didn’t get it she would still give me a call . In parallel my team came back saying they want to retain me and willing to create a position in London but that will involve alot of approvals due to increased cost. My current job role is Digital marketing Specialist with 3.6LPA. Im trying to shift my field of work into AWS cloud for which I have been preparing to crack AWS cloud Practitioner, followed by AWS Solutions Architect Exam.
My question is, say if I become AWS certified and start applying for the job in that particular field, then what salary can I quote or pitch for keeping in mind that im AWS certified applicant?

I have a offer of 20 lpa fixed and 1 lpa joining bonus from epam, and other company affluent whose client is HDFC Bank, they are ready to offer me 23 lpa. Is it good to join affluent? I have heard that banking sector has too much pressure and work as well. But at the same time learning will also be there.

It's been one year and I see all those details in the portal still exist and hence I am not able to apply the same. Can anyone tell when they will delete the old application.
