I wish to join one of the top consulting firms like McKinsey, BCG, B&C etc. I am currently working as a Business Analyst with a work ex of 3 years.
I have started exploring on my own and one thing that came out different were Case Studies interviews and I have started reading and preparing for them.
I will do MBA also post working in one of these firms.
I was hoping if anyone can help me to prepare better or suggest a plan to land a job for a role that aligns with my ambitions.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. Something’s been weighing on my mind. I messed up in a steering committee & tripped infront of the Sr. Client Stakeholders. I made a few other mistakes and was rolled off by my manager (SM) b/c I sucked and it was a higher burn engagement he needed a stronger BA. Now I find out he might’ve been laid off and I can’t help but to think it was my fault. We never really talked after this engagement but I feel like it’s my clumsiness that him fired and it makes me feel guilty and give a me anxiety.
