What are the best exits ppl have gotten two years into MBB out of undergrad

I’m moved under a person who I would not get along with at all and have clashes with in the past. I’m considering resigning with no job prospects at the moment. I have a healthy savings and low cost if living. Should I resign and dedicate 100% to job search or do the minimum while searching for a job?

Applied to an entry level position, made it through 4 interviews, all which went very well. The role closed bc the hiring manager left. Okay no problem. When is the right time to jump if you entered consulting after MBA? What level gives you the biggest ‘title bump’ in industry?

I recently switched focus from FP&A to Finance Transformation with a 30% raise but really do not like the work and would like to transition back. I loved my old position but wasn’t getting the compensation I felt I deserved. But it’s just really frustrating having to restart the career search again after all the effort it took to find this current position at this compensation level.
