I am in my seventh year of practice. I was admitted to the bar in March of 2015. My main areas of practice are Corporate, Commercial, Banking and Finance (mainly asset finance - aviation), and Projects. 

I am looking for a paying placement in Dubai (currently based in Kenya working at a Chambers, Legal500 and ILFR ranked firm that is a member of an international network of firms).

A partner put me in charge of a specific project that I ran independently. Things were going well. The client began asking me to do more and more, including revamping their system and internal trainings. The client even gave me a litigation matter. Suddenly, the partner became more involved. I was removed from meetings concerning the revamping, my trainings were cancelled, and he started micromanaging. He has now sidelined me from the project and trash talked me to the client. I am very upset.
