I joined a major consulting company in January under its “lesser” affiliate and part of the deal is that there is no “bench” if you’re not staffed then you’re out of a job immediately. Hi all - my work “coach” (person who represents my case for promotion at every review cycle) seems to only focus on the negatives from my project feedback forms. There’s one dimension that hasn’t been growing as well as the others and they only harp on that. They don’t really acknowledge how I’ve improved overall and give off “fear” as a way to motivate.
