What are the best questions to ask at an interview for ACD?

I’m interviewing for a job, but I’m getting a toxic vibes.
1. want me to relocate to NY but the supervisor is based in another state. Why am I relocating?2. commented on my outfit (a shirt and tie) for zoom and laughed that I dressed up for an interview
3. Said if I hadn’t reached out to someone on the team prior to applying, he would’ve declined my application for being outside NY.
4. asked my favorite movie and said “he fell asleep” during

I’m moving on to the next round. Am I overreacting?

Anyone available to review my resume/guide me through this job search? I’ve been applying places for the past 6 months and am not getting responses. Unemployment has run out and I’m starting to crumble under the pressure of bills. My experience the past 6yrs has been in smaller companies where my role was never just one thing but instead spread over multiple departments, so I’m struggling to narrow down how to convey the vast experience I do have.

Got a message from a Bain recruiter looking for experienced hires to start q1. I'm very interested but cautious because they're looking for a speedy process...feels a little rushed. Anything to be concerned about that I don't know? Like could this just be an attempt to get huge app volume or can I assume there's actually a chance if they reached out? Looking for some advice.. Manager left, I was given their work. Promoted few months after, but not to the role of my previous manager. Rec opened, I applied, didn't get it. We hired the new person and in my hopes to offload some of that original work back to them. I was told I'm going to continue to do everything my previous manager was doing. I'm still not a product manager even tho my previous manager was and the new manager is. Applying to jobs and concerned my title is holding me back.

I’m having the hardest time finding a new job. I have 12 years of HR experience, a masters in HR, SHRM certification, and all I keep getting are rejection emails. I’ve never experienced this difficult of a time searching for new opportunities. Is this normal once you hit a certain level in your career or is it just me?

1 yoe as a business intelligence developer and just under 1 yoe as a Junior data engineer for a startup. My current company is in talks with me to hire me as a data engineer right after I graduate with my bachelors degree. From what I’ve seen online (averaging 5 different sites, I am including Glassdoor but only the number they have listed as the base) I’m currently expecting about 85k base. Does this seem too high?
