What are the best resources for manager or leadership training (course, certificates, webinars, etc)? And is it better to have employees take a course or Internal present the training HR?

I would consider finding a resource to provide the training versus pulling it all together yourself. For our middle management team, I used a program from a company that provided weekly lessons via email. The lessons included reading material, sometimes video, and an actionable lesson. It was great for our busy team because they could schedule a time that worked for them during the week to focus on the lesson. You can moderate discussion groups on these topics to get everyone talking and sharing what is working and what isn't. I would love to hear what others are doing in this area as I'm looking for some ideas for next year.

Getlighthouse.com. They have a platform to help managers be more effective, and also offer leadership programs. We did one on coaching, and I participated in a second program on my own. Don't know what they will be offering for 2021.

Hi, I have more than 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing and engineering. I do not want to continue in tech. Want to switch to management. So planning to do a PMP course. Really confused about the consequences after the course, whether I'll be able to successfully get a management role or not. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions for me? Any guidance is appreciated.

Hey everyone! I’m having a bit of trouble and I wanted to know if I can get some guidance. I have been on the same project for four years now and I’m doing great job. And honestly, I haven’t really thought about it. I have always been raised to just do my job and go home. And honestly I’m fine with that. But when it comes to 1/2

I’m wondering what Accenture is actually doing. Is it more like a Big 4 Firm, doing theoretical consulting things. Or is it more a IT-Service/ Outsourcing company like Connection, Atos, Bechtle, etc. doing hands on technical things? Where is the main focus on?
