Hi, I have more than 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing and engineering. I do not want to continue in tech. Want to switch to management. So planning to do a PMP course. Really confused about the consequences after the course, whether I'll be able to successfully get a management role or not. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions for me? Any guidance is appreciated.

Will be joining Process Excellence and Transformation under the Business Operations Group - Deloitte Manager: 155k. When I used to travel for business, my local cab driver would pick me up for airport trips. One of the drivers was from Lebanon. He would ask me jokingly how he could contact Modi to find out why India doesn't compete in world cup soccer or win golds in Olympics. I would answer him all of my cousins are either doctors or engineers. This NYT article reminded me of the good old days www.nytimes.com/2021/08/04/world/asia/olympics-india.html?action=click&module=Top%20Stories&pgtype=Homepage
I’m wondering what Accenture is actually doing. Is it more like a Big 4 Firm, doing theoretical consulting things. Or is it more a IT-Service/ Outsourcing company like Connection, Atos, Bechtle, etc. doing hands on technical things? Where is the main focus on?
tired- hiring manager agreed on remote work (and being in office/client-side as needed) —> present case study —> hiring manager and team likes case study -> HR said I didn’t get job b/c I want remote
