What are the best side hustles that you've done while full time consulting?

Has anyone heard of Synopsys? They mostly do hardware and software security consulting. I wanted to understand work culture and general thoughts on the company.

I keep getting rejected by Big 4. I have had, no lie, 9 interviews with Big 4 firms as an Experienced Hire, from internal referrals, in the past 6 months. All with rejections. What's going on here? It seems I do not communicate that my experience is an exact fit for what they're looking for. I don't think my interview skills are bad. But I had interviewed for lower-tier firms and got in. What's going on here? Right now I do compliance, using data, at MUFG.
