What are the best strategies to increase the followers of a LinkedIn company page?

First thing I always say is to make sure your LinkedIn page is completed in its entirety (ex. size, industry, specialties, profile photo, banner photo). LinkedIn says that pages that are complete get~30% more engagement. I think the next best step is to identify the most effective keywords for your company. Keywords are really important to boost the SEO of your page and to make it more discoverable to users. I've used SEMRush before to help identify which keywords are best. Use these keywords in your company's banner and also in every post you make! Also, consistent visual / video content is really helpful to drive engagement.

There are a few best practices to increase the followers of a LinkedIn company page. One is to make sure the page is complete and up-to-date, with a profile picture, cover photo, and description. Another is to post engaging content regularly, such as articles, images, and videos. Finally, it's important to engage with followers by responding to comments and questions.

Post engaging content that will interest your target audience. Another way is to promote your page through other social media platforms, and encourage your followers to connect with you on LinkedIn. Additionally, you can run paid advertising campaigns to reach more people who may be interested in following your company.

It's important to post engaging content regularly (at least once a day), including blog posts, infographics, images, and videos. Promote the company page through other channels like email marketing and social media, and encourage employees to follow the page and share its content with their networks.

Currently a Wealth Advisor for Citi but I honestly hate it here with a passion it’s the worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life and I’ve been in Wealth Management in the banking channel for over a decade. Series 7, Series 63, Life, CFP, ChFC, and soon to have my MBA with a focus in Mergers & Acquisitions. I’m look to enter another area of Finance at this point instead of starting over somewhere else from scratch, but not sure what direction to go. Interested in Investment Banking or M&A.

Anyone hiring for a Marketing Analyst position?

my coworker cracks me up, he tells everyone that he just spends all day checking his social media (we're in advertising so I guess he's right)

Even if you do get followers on TikTok, they don't have much money to spend on your product or service—and they're likely not going to stick around long enough to do so anyway.

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. This person doesn’t necessarily need to have both skills but if they did great, but if only one, great too.

I’m starting to think there is a very dark side to marketing. My whole job is basically manipulating people into spending money, often money they can’t afford. I’m really starting to question my career.

Maybe.
