For your level I would say try to highlight: types of projects you have worked on (including the brands) and your role in those projects, any client exposure you’ve had (e.g. providing client status updates on calls, being client facing for a certain project or task), and anything you’ve had ownership over (e.g. running an internal standup meeting, owning an asset tracker etc).

I also suggest looking up your peers on LinkedIn who are doing well and see what types of things they are highlighting!

Using Marriott Bonvoy points for a stay for my parents: I have in the past used my SPG points and added my father’s name (by teaching out to the hotel after booking) to the reservation. It worked just fine and they even benefits fronm my Elite benefits (free breakfast). Just booked a stay for February for them and read the following “Hotel rewards e-certificates can only be requested by a Marriott Rewards member for a reservation in that member's own name. E-certificates will not be honored”

However, its been difficult to get my foot in the door and I am worried its because of my grades. Can anyone provide some advice?
