If you really know the material well enough, I find that's the best to overcome any jitters. That and sleep. But the last one is tough to get at.
Stand tall, talk slow. Make small talk with the people around you so you feel like you've been acquainted with the audience. Makes it less intimidating.
Have you heard of power posing? It's an interesting concept to boost self esteem before a big presentation

Definitely agree with all of the above: Comfort with the content, adequate sleep, speak slowly, and joke. Last thing I'd add is to practice in your (hotel) room and maybe record it, at least the audio, to hear how the audience will hear it.
Jokes. Practice, know the content, and just be natural. Try to make the presentation very inviting and engaging.
