What are the biggest risk factors to your firm? From my perspective, it has to be the pension liability

Lots of risks. I worry mostly about quality and the numerous ramifications of not having quality run pervasively throughout everything. I carefully avoided saying "quality in everything we do" because I'm not an EY partner. But that fact that it was (maybe still is) part of their tagline is representative of how important quality is to all firms. I dont worry about pension. To worry about retirement obligations would be to worry about our firms ability to sustain itself. Definitely an interesting question and could fill a day discussing risks to a firm and strategies to eliminate and mitigate them, etc.

Background:Asia, expecting to promote to M this cycle. Looking for some advice on being headhunted/jumping ship. I’m speaking to HR from another big 4 + a recruiter for another firm for an M role, and it looks like the $ and potentially benefits will be bigger, but I’m not that keen on moving unless the $ is a huge jump. Any advice on how I might navigate this? Have interviews next week for the other roles.
