What are the chances student loans go away if Biden is in office? I don’t know whether to keep paying my loans since interest is 0% or hope for a miracle 😂

Zero. Whether Biden or trump wins, student loans are not going away.

lol just pay them now. Biden is gonna be to busy with either 1) the mess trump leaves or 2) bitching he didn’t win

In the remote event loans would be forgiven, it would probably be for lower income levels. Even the lowly associate pay is high compared to what many people are making.

agree lowly assoc. pay is higher than the national average

OP, given the fiscal situation the US government is now in, there is no way that is happening now. Pay your loans, you took them out. You don’t even have the excuse that you majored in basket weaving and work at Starbucks.

paid all mine off years ago - if there's a pass on tuition debt someone damn well better given me something (just kidding, I did the right thing and so should you)

Dont expect your loans to ever be forgiven. It's not something that will ever happen. On the extremely rare chance it does, there will likely be income restrictions to help only those who are lower income.

I’d say 0% chance

Last year, My girlfriend was making 80k while I was making 200k so I took her out to dinners and took care of the groceries etc. Basically made sure it’s an equitable relationship. She got a new job this year and is now making 210k (more than me) but still expects me to pay for all the dinners and groceries. I’ve already talked to her about this but just resulted in argument. Is there any coming back from this situation to make this equitable relationship or is break up the only option here?

How much money is “enough” for you guys? I’ll go first - $2M/year from passive investments so that I can work on whatever I want or not work if I don’t want to.

Best "Consultant Speak" sentence you've hated yourself for saying /typing?

Hot take: consultants at MBB have big egos and seem to promote the idea that they're the "best of the best" not realizing that, in 2021, the "best of the best" works in "tech" typically as engineers and consultants are actually just overworked also rans with oversized egos.

Wow. This morning on a quarterly regional all hands an Accenture Managing Director (and leader) had the group stop for a full minute for thoughts and prayers for the president in the first lady in the wake of their coronavirus diagnosis. Not sharing my feelings... Just leaving this there.

How do you give feedback to someone who is actually killing it? Just, say keep up what you’re doing?

$55 dollar Perdiem. What am I suppose to eat for dinner for 23 dollars... Other than Chipotle. A sit down meal is like 30 minimum

Got married to my gf of 8 years while we were both in college, 4 years later I'm wondering if I should just cut ties now in case I want to divorce her later.. I'm pretty strong on the partner track &

Male client just told me to tell one of women on my team that her communication style is “too aggressive” so if anyone knows of a good bridge to throw him off of, I’m open to suggestions.

Soooo at today's morning status meeting our shitty SM was absolutely railing a consultant. Consultant stands up and says, "Fuck you. You're an asshole. I'm done here." And walks out. 😳...👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

A former boss reached out about a role on his new team. When it came up that I just had a kid, he literally said, “I think you’re busy with other priorities now.” And the conversation ended. Anyway, that still happens.

Husband buys flowers from publix , takes me to a bar with 45 mins wait and finally to a random place for dinner- is it reasonable to be mad ?

Can we all agree that Australia has kind of fallen off the deep end over covid? It’s a police state right now.
