What are the chances that an egregious typo in a thank you email after you already received a verbal offer but not yet written could cause the hiring person to rescind her offer?

So I had a final round for an internal opportunity at my company, and got the note below from the MD, do you think this means I have a good shot at getting the job or it’s just a generic reply?

So I just got fired…. And was told I’d get two months severance… I’m in utter shock since I just got back from the hospital. I was told I needed to improve my performance in January and all the check ins I’ve had I was told I’m doing much better and was put on multiple long term projects and then this happened. I have been offered a position in-house at a $500M-$1B company, mid-sized city LCOL, 10 YOE in private practice. They offered me $120k, w opp for undefined discretionary bonus. No paid parental leave or 401(k) match & only 1 week PTO in first year (but claim they have discretion for more). Is there any way to salvage this? Salary guides suggest TC should be around $200-215k. I want to get my foot in the door but this seems crazy low.

1 - Public F1000 that has been around longer. Bigger immediate team (more people above and below the proposed role - sounds like more support?).

2 - Company recently went public, so a lot of processes still need to be created. Smaller team (report directly to GC; and fewer people below to support the proposed role). Pay is more than No.1.
