I just got good jump from 8LPA to 18LPA.I have researched multiple investments like MF, FD, postal monthly scheme, stocks etc..
I want to save money and invest some part in any good investment schems. Like 30% of savings to invest in two parts
1. Monthly income generate investment
2. Long term investment
If any suggestions or schems please use this thread. It will helps everyone.

Just check once whether there is entry on UAN portal or not. Ideally it gets created after 1st salary so 99% might not have created.
If there is entry in your PF then you can explain your reasoning to BGV companies.

I think you are scared of an unwanted thing and asking people opinions. U will be furthermore scared, if u keep on asking all opinions. I am damn sure ur past pf accounts are not tracked by any bgv in this entire universe 😁

Yes, if you have provided them with UAN, they might tag the employment start date or might have already tagged it. If you have shared with them, check PF portal.
If it is tagged, future BGV companies may ask you to explain the reason
If your new company created a new member I'd in uan and later credited pf amount then from your UAN number any company figure out which company you were part of earlier
In that case take the relieving letter or LWD day confirmation and show the same to your new company as a background check where you wanted to join next
Zensar generally ask your UAN number for background check and figure out where did you work previously

You need to share the reason why did you leave that organisation and also keep all those required reliving letter, LWD mail and your resignation mail handy with you
I don't have any reliving letters or any service letter. I have only the mail which k had sent to them to inform that I can't continue
