What are the contents of experience letter when you leave any organization? Does it include mention of maternity leave and continuous 30+ days paid leaves?

Have you interviewed for a job where you haven’t even spoken to the recruiter? At this company I’ve dealt with the interview scheduler, hiring manager and even a panel for my second interview with the director and another senior manager…but no recruiter.

I reached out, but still nothing…so I don’t even know the real comp, benefits or specifics of this job. Has anyone encountered this? I’m thinking I’d speak to the recruiter once an offer is made.

Oof. Crying like crazy. My in laws called me and were insanely emotionally abusive about my grief. It’s Father’s Day and we had a wedding to go to. I didn’t expect to be this affected but something triggered my grief. So I didn’t go. They called me and said such toxic things and implied I need “help”. Yes it’s been 2 years but I also do a lot for my family and husband and others. It’s very rare that my grief gets triggered. I’m allowed to have 1 bad day out of 365.

I got an offer from IBM Consulting Canada to join their Hybrid Cloud Computing Group as an Associate Partner - Multicloud in the Financial Services Sector. I started a new job a few months ago and closed my first deal today. It was…rocky. My new job does things so differently than my last firm and the learning curve has been really steep. I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.
