What are the current timelines for H1B transfers? Transferring to FAANG and assuming premium processing. Anyone going through this?

I racked up $ 100,000 in student loans over the next few years. Paid it all off by 2010 and today our net worth is $ 2.2 million projected to close at $ 6 million by the time I retire. Work hard.
