Hi Nagarrians, it's been 45 days now since I joined Nagarro I was assigned a team at the time of joining but since then I am waiting for interview to take place. Is this normal procedure? Although from day 2 my project manager asked me to fill the timesheet corresponding to one project which is no billable. I am having concerns now as I don't know if this is normal ?

I’ve interviewed with them in the past (not sure if this is universal). Recruiter PS, HM PS, Loop and decision. I am sure they did a resume review, prior to Recruiter PS.
I just got an offer this week and mine was pretty awful, long , confusing , and full of miscommunications. Even now the offer letter says different numbers than what I verbally accepted. Complete shit show
Just to clarify when I mentioned it was the org I have never worked in HR or the BSO orgs. I’m sure they are great. I have always loved working at Microsoft & still do. I even loved working in current org for years though unfortunately just over a year ago a new lead was hired who is very unpleasant & to people so really it’s more a particular person making for an unhealthy work environment vs the org itself, & I myself need to find time & re-motivate myself to start looking soon as well before it gets worse. I plan to look internal though & stay at Microsoft. It really is an amazing company in so many ways. 😊
Internal hiring isn't too bad, at least there's more communication, but external is definitely a lot less put together then one would expect.
Your chances increase with a referral, but it's not absolutely necessary in many cases. The more sought after the role though, the more visibility you'll need. With most Enterprise sales roles you'll need to already have a relationship with the hiring manager or one or more of their peers or direct reports.
They contacted me on a Friday. I was scheduled for a loop the very next Wednesday.Heard great feedback that Friday. Next Thursday I received the verbal offer with no details. Still waiting on the written now for three weeks but they call every week and I even had the hiring manager check in to ensure I wouldn’t take another offer lol
Things just moving slow due to the hiring freeze
