A recent PGPM with 1.5 years of experience with nonprofits in their kitty. Changed my profile to a social enterprise about 3 months back and is working in the CEO's Office - the CTC is 8 LPA.

I know. I know. Calling it a lowball will be an understatement.

My question is what should be my next CTC say after I spend a year in my current company. I want to jump ships and soon - and continue to work in Strategy & Operations or Consulting.

Does anyone know if Deloitte will file for GC in EB1 category for a first year Manager with one year foreign experience as a Manager? or do we have to wait until we get promoted to a SM instead.

How is the market now for switch in testing profile?

Anyone left FIS Global within very short duration after joining like within 6 month or less than that ?
If yes what was the reason to leave that ? So that could understand cons of FIS.

Or anyone can help about Cons of FIS Global joining ?
