BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)

How are the paralegals in your department organized/structured? What are the pros and cons? We’re exploring the idea of a paralegal center of excellence. Currently paralegals are reporting to the lawyers they support. The disadvantages are that the paralegals are siloed, so there’s no back-up if they’re out and they don’t have anyone who can support them if their work gets too busy.
