PwC wtf is this sharing rooms at PwC University? Why do I work for a Big 4 if we can't even afford to have our rooms at a mandatory training? Anyone that's done PU what's the deal?

Big4 company wants me to tell my current employer (big client) that I am intending to join them and sort of get a soft approval. This is before even giving a written offer. I have no interaction with anyone from this Big4 co, nor has anyone associated with both companies has helped. This is all after interview, offer negotiation, offer approval. Does this happen?
