What are the first few days at Publicis Sapient like. Is there a few days of onboarding or straight to the bull ring?

Depends on if your start date aligns with an intake of others. If so you’ll go onto an onboarding programme with others for a week, then onto your first engagement. If not, you’ll likely be assigned an engagement in your first couple of days and have to take the time out later to attend the onboarding programme.

Hi all - I am looking to move into the world of brand strategy consulting (KPMG has customer consulting division but brand and marketing aren't that strong. Also KPMG UK is the only one of big 4 that has not bought an agency!!). Wanted to hear some advice on the options: go to a boutique (like Lippincott, Prophet) or brand agency? The salary cut for agency is huge though. Are there other options?

Question for for all those in Management Consulting. How do I become better at strategic thinking ? What else can I be doing ? Here's what I have been doing 1. Reading books - the usual ones that come up on Google search 2. Reading past annual reports/investor reports to see how strategy played out
