What are the hiring freezes? Do all companies have it around when they give out annual bonuses?

Anyone have insight into what VC firms are paying in-house attorneys with 4-5 years of relevant experience? I’m a big law corporate associate contemplating a potential move to either a PE or VC firm but having some trouble finding data points for VC comp.

What is the minimal offer I should take percentage-wise? I am a Sr. Designers got a Sr Designer offer for 30% more with about a total of 10% extra in perks and bonus. Before the spike in tech from the great resignation, I was making in the top 10% of my role.
I was approached as a passive candidate if that helps.

I just graduated with an MSW here in California and was offered a mental health therapist position with Wellpath. I went through three interviews, and none of the people I spoke to could give me a pay range. Does anyone here work for Wellpath in a jail setting and know the pay range? Hello, I have received offer letter from EY LLP for Manager position.
There is a bonus component over and above the CTC mentioned in offer letter.

When asked, HR conveyed the below, verbally.
'Bonus is between 10-20% depending on performance. Usually 15% on an average.'

1) This bonus range (10-20%) is not mentioned in the offer letter. Is this usually the case?

2) Are people in EY receiving the bonus right from the first year on the job or is there some extra t&c I was not made aware?

Is it possible to land a financial analyst position with only 6 months of experience in audit? I tried to stick it out w/ B4 but I don’t think I can do it anymore. I’m interested in duties like budgeting/forecasting, but haven’t come across very many entry level positions. I’m mostly seeing entry level jobs that are called “financial analyst” but include duties like JE/reconciliations. I don’t have SQL/Tableau experience either... so not sure if I just need more experience in a diff role first?
