Hi fishes,
Do you follow up with people after an interview? And, 2 weeks after the interview if you don't hear back from HR/ other team?
What's the usual trend?
The Novo Nordisk HEOR team was great, the manager responded with reason for rejection, with guidance on which Dept I'll be more suitable for. Really enjoyed the interview process.
On the other hand, Novartis has gone silent after three rounds of interviews! Do I officially consider myself being "ghosted"?
What do you do? 🤔

Why FDD ? What clients/ industries you work in ?
How difficult is the case study and how much time are you given to solve it? Coming from an audit background, what's the best way to prepare for these case studies?
Overall, not too difficult. I interviewed with all big4 except for EY + RSM. All interviews required interviews with 3-4 people and most of the time, one of these were designated for the case study. The rest were behavioral, “why fdd/our firm” type of questions. Just make sure you have technical knowledge of the fdd process (QoE, NWC, DL analysis, etc.) and you should be good.
I will say out of all big 4, pwc interview was the weirdest. They had set of questions printed on paper they had to go through for one of the interviews. The questions were very odd and I didn’t think it would help distinguish candidates imo.
Typical behavioral questions plus a case study
How do the case studies work? Does the firm provide practice cases before the interview?

Underratedly, super technical 🤷
What is considered technical? What technical questions they might ask?
