The opportunity: A CD opening at an amazing agency in Europe (I’m American). The dilemma: I’m 8 weeks pregnant. The visa process is time consuming and expensive and I will likely go on maternity leave shortly after arriving. Do I tell them? Or just see how it goes and then spring it on them? File under: Things men never have to think about.

Looking for advice: Recently started a job and know I’m junior. My title doesn’t have “Junior” in it but i know titles can vary from place to place so I didn’t think much of it. As I was connecting with my new coworkers on LinkedIn, I saw that one of my teammates (who has the same title as I do now) spent a couple years in a Junior role at the agency before being promoted. There was no formal job description so I assumed the position was entry-level...cont.

Who else here is LITERALLY in back to back meetings each and every day? I’m hearing from colleagues of mine at the M lvl who don’t experience this, and I’m beginning to wonder if it’s just my project and I have too much on my plate. Hi ladies. A birth control question. I take oral BC on time every day but I am struggling to feel comfortable with sex without a condom. I know BC is something like 99% effective but I am not ready for the repercussions of failure - whether raising a child or choosing not to, both are decisions I do not want to make. My partner is frustrated by this but defers to me and is willing to do whatever I'm comfortable with. I want to become comfortable without condoms. Any ideas?
