How long is too long when waiting to hear from HR? Got told by first round interviewer that I’d hear back in a week or check in (she told me after we interviewed; we talked over over coffee privately) and that Id move on to final round. I trust him as it was genuine but it’s almost been two weeks and still no word from hr or her after I emailed her to follow up. When to move on?

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

My issue with PDFs is old versions linger in people's hard drives and inboxes. It's also less practical to make small updates

Question: I currently work as an inside sales account manager selling a wide portfolio of IT products. I’ve been recruited for a role that would be an outside sales role selling ONLY a software solution that Im able to sell at my current company (but usually don’t due to other options that we are compensated better off of.) Need some advise! When I get asked what salary range a role is, I honestly don’t know how to answer. How we hire is based upon the interview process and tech screen. I’ve been telling candidates “the starting base for this role is x but is dependent on the interview” obviously they think what I’ve provided is what they’ll get.
