Trying to figure out if the company that employs you gives the same type of benefits like Pro unlimited does for Meta or Airbnb. I need to know if there is sick time or medical , 401k etc and how pricey is the medical, who is the provider etc.

- Industry: tech
- Role: finance manager
- YOE: 5 years
- Comp: 270k aed/year + 5% bonus
- Other benefits: work from Europe/US 1 month/year, 30 vacation days

I completed the last round of an interview (presentation) last week. Originally they said they would be calling my references & then make an offer accordingly.
Today they updated that they'd like me to travel to their HQ (based in Nordics & I'm in London) for the final round where I'd meet the CEO, the hiring manager and a couple of people in the team.
I don't think I'm the only one in the process - even though initially the last round was the presentation.
What are your thoughts?

I have received offer from IBM last week and have one more offer from L&T , I want to negotiate salary with IBM by showing this counter offer, I tried reaching onboarding spoc multiple times over phone she never picked nor called me back, I sent an email too but no response, can I wait or shall I accept the offer from L&T.

I have my LWD on 1st April and next joining on 4th April which is just 3 days after the LWD.
TCS will be picking up my belongings i.e asset and ID after my LWD but no day is fixed.

If i join new employer on 4th April without submitting all the belongings to TCS will it have any kind of Conflict???

Been working at a startup law firm doing transactional work and recently the partner of another firm doing private defense litigation has attempted to scalp me with a base pay well above my current. Hi Fishes, I was offered 35% as initial offer and subsequetly raised to 55% during one round of verbal negotitaion, though I asked them to raise it a bit but subsequently I accepted it (55%). Now before rolling out offer letter they called me & informed that business could approve 44% @ max, if I would confirm then they will roll it out. Pls suggest how to go about.

Before fixed - 7.88
Hike - 18.49% ( fixed) and 15.04% (vp)
New Fixed - 9.4
Total CTC - 10.7 (50k allowance + fixed +vp)
