In the discussions.. I was not aware about their band structure so I accepted it but I saw few ppl with 9 yrs exp also getting C2.
Shall I accept the offer or talk with HR for D1 band. Not sure If they ll change it. They gave 85% hike over my current CTC.

Personal situation: My brother is dealing with a heartbreak right now. I want to help him but not sure how. He was in a profession he didn’t love, so went back to school at 40 to pursue a career he was passionate about. His GF broke up with him calling him a drifter. He is literally shook from this and I want to help him. How easy/difficult it is to change base location in SAP. I interviewed for a position where I have given preferred location as gurgaon but I was offered a position in Bangalore . It's a good role and i have really less experience so I didn't want to let go of the opportunity. I want to know how easy will it be to change location to Gurgaon as my husband and inlaws are really unhappy with the decision and might force me to lose this opportunity.

I have an offer from Amazon for Bay area. My current base is 180K and got a 40K AIP. Manager 2. Amazon is offering base of 160K but first year TC is 310K (160K + 135K sign on + stocks 5percent) .
