Has anyone else been rejected from a MBB via email (final round) and received no feedback even after asking?

This is my first job in a large corporate company, and I’m trying to gauge how long it normally takes to move from entry level to another internal position in the insurance industry. I have been applying internally for a year now and I am wondering if this is normal or if my company is just slow? I am a top performer, with great metrics, and I have some wonderful connections I’ve made who support me. I just can’t seem to move up. How long did it take you to move up? How many tries did it take?

Know someone earlier in their HR career that’s looking to get certified. It’s been a while since I originally took the exams and have just recertified since. Which is more valuable or preferred these days…PHR or SHRM-CP?

Did you make internal transfer from other offices to US offices? How did you make it? A lot of networking with the US office? Would the home office happily let you go?

Joined a new company in industry after being laid off from my last job after being there for only 5 months. My new gig is rough, no support network, my boss is not a very nice guy and I dread this new job every day (2 months in). Things aren’t going to be getting better and I’ve almost thrown my mouse at my wall out of frustration with the job/boss.

Is it too early to leave? Bad idea just go get up and quit? Planning on moving back home with my parents so I wouldn’t have to dip into savings

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I have applied for different profiles. I see profiles matching to my skillset in Cloud Services.

However, they are interviewing me for C# .NET in Consumer, Technology & Utility. Through consultancy they mentioned C1 BU. They are insisting me to appear for this profile despite my skillset mismatch.

How are the projects in C1 BU? Are these legacy projects built on ASP or have other tech stacks as well? Any input on tech stack and business unit?

When I was in undergrad I punched out one of the MBB recruiters who was on campus at my college bar. Didn’t realize until 6 months later, that might be why I never got a first round interview.

Hello! Any tips on entering big law upon graduation. Currently, a 3L at a New York school (not top ranked), 3.17 GPA. I do have great work experience working as a state judicial law intern, member of a hybrid SA program between my school and a big-law firm, and currently as an intern working on Smart Contracts and a legal advisor to the company’s CLM team.
