Like many people, I get recruiters talking to me on LinkedIn fairly often...not 1 but 2 recruiters so far have gotten my name wrong, not even close. Obvious copy/paste from someone else.

I struggle like crazy staying on track for billable hours. I will work 10.5 hours and look back at my day and 6 of it was billable. Tips for doing better about this?? I have minimums to meet and this is not sustainable
