Anyone familiar with Oliver Wyman 's military leave policy? I'm about to take command of a reserve company. If I join OW, I'd want to make sure I'm not incurring huge financial losses when going to BN-mandated events, Professional Military Education, Annual Training, etc.
Would also like to know if they allow mega backdoor roth contributions. TIA!

I'm trying to. I've applied to so many positions on STAFFIT. Sent cold emails to managers and even PPDs. I email my RM twice a week and all I get back is "still actively looking for a sold project for you" idk what else to do! Desperately need to get on a long term project and show case my skills!
Just get staffed, regardless of service line
The layoffs were for S/O and HC
Stop doing everything online and start talking face to face get coffee with all the PPD/SM/managers in relevant serviceline
Depends how your PEs were last year and just how terrible your utilization was. If you only had 3's on PE's, your utilization was under 60% and you did very little PRD work, hold on tight...
Yea my utilization was bad due to no projects in my service line. This sucks
Like why must I pay for something beyond my control. I may have to look into a career change
You probably would have already heard
Pretty slim
If you are a BTA you would have been laid off weeks ago
Can't speak to Deloitte, but I've never landed a gig by going through my demand manager / cold calling / applying. Network, network, network, buy coffee for people, network, write proposals for people you don't even know, network, network, find out if there is a service line training being offered in a different lob/vertical and weasel your way into the training then bring coffee and snacks for the other team, network, network some more.....
You are safe
