Currently at a smaller Plaintiffs litigation firm (5 attys). Been there for 3 years. Firm is implementing a new policy come July 1 requiring all Attys (expect for parters) to start time log/billing (an unusual practice for a Plaintiffs firm), we only do contingency cases. Today I received a call from the Accenture recruiter who had discussed my HR round and my profile was put on hold. She told me that at level 10 the maximum fixed salary can be 11.10 LPA and rest variable.
11.10 is fine or can they increase upto 13 LPA?
I told her to proceed my profile although I am having offers from other organisation like PWC with 14 fixed, but I beleive Accenture is better in terms of work life balance and onsite opportunity.
