Hi Fishes, I have offers from PwC(risk advisory) and IBM(app development). Thing is that the PwC joining is at Kolkata location but I don't want to go there and stay. There is not much difference between the offers in terms of package(10 & 10.4). Can I ask PwC to provide WFH or change my office location for this? Deloitte EY PwC KPMG

Unable to understand process or having issue with technology?
During Probation period don't worry about complex processes, and don't compare yourself with other experienced members of the team.
Instead Work proactively in the team during probation period, show your team members & manager that you have that hunger to learn and go extra mile if given opportunity & support. Participate in team activities actively, Invite your seniors on tea breaks and ask them about your doubts/queris regarding Project process etc bit by bit & try to understand & learn. The key is just ask the question in respectful way and listen to the answer, listen, observe & learn is the key to success my friend.
Many candidate who get rejected in probation are those who fail to understand that, it's not about knowing technical details in those 6 months (if you know better fr u but it's not mandatory). The main decision is made to keep an candidate or leave is based on ur learning attitude & showing your team player abilities by supporting your seniors in their project works.
