I am working in Deloitte PMO Analyst with cumulative work ex 2.5 years. I want to move to Program Management in FAANG. But for all the posts I see work ex is more than 3 years with an MBA. So, Should I go for an MBA first or should I apply for the same roles. I am mainly aiming Amazon.

I wish to join one of the top consulting firms like McKinsey, BCG, B&C etc. I am currently working as a Business Analyst with a work ex of 3 years.
I have started exploring on my own and one thing that came out different were Case Studies interviews and I have started reading and preparing for them.
I will do MBA also post working in one of these firms.

Hey all, I’ve been a solutions architect associate for a year now as my first tech job out of college. I was able to get my AWS SAA Certification and followed that with Azure AZ-900. What is a normal salary range for someone in my position who recently graduated last May with a year of experience and holding these two certifications?

My initial/primary title is a scribe but I also work-up patients, front desk, prior authorizations & assist in surgical paperwork for the surgical coordinator. I really enjoy working with my direct boss, who creates opportunities for me, but am frustrated by my boss' boss, who is an absolute nightmare of a micromanager. Emails / messages late at night (say 3am) and over weekends, and even whilst he is on break... which frankly sets horrible expectations. Also, changes his mind all the time. Should I move elsewhere? I'm torn as my direct boss is great.

How much does the series timeline matter? Unicorn valued at 1.5 bil after series B. In final round for unicorn doing growth and have a take-home case study that would prob take me 10 hours. Not sure if worth putting that time if the ipo will be far down the line or if series A/B are still too delicate
