Hello Sharks,
Please suggest :
DXC or Capgemini In terms of Work Life Balance, Appraisal, learning, stability ?
Offering almost the same CTC.
Also, any idea about the variable pay in DXC, do they give the complete variable pay what they mentioned in offer letter or only some part of it (like they do in Accenture) .
Thank you in advance !

Not getting billable credit for callbacks is rough.
Work tends to be more predictable than if you’re doing IPOs and whatnot since you’re essentially just tracking 10Qs, 10Ks and proxies. But by no means it is less work depending on how many clients you’re dealing with. And from January till April/May your life will be pretty tough.
I am. I believe being a well-rounded securities attorney with experience with IPOs, reporting, and even M&A is helpful for marketability and potential exit ops in house in the future. It is a lot of work since IPOs never really stop, plus what you’d already be doing with SEC reporting, but definitely worth it. Just depends on what you’re planning on the future. No matter what, though, securities attorneys always have opportunities so if you don’t want to explore other things just stick with what you know/like.
