Is it worth exploring contract to hire position at Walmart while I am currently a FTE at a product company (average salary and decent workload)? I told them unless they confirm that they would hire after 3-4 months, I wouldn't be comfortable. Any suggestions on how to approach this ? I am not in a hurry to look outside, just waiting for the right opportunity and btw, I cleared virtual onsite interviews at google and right now in team match phase (with no update in last 3 weeks).

Took a remote day to talk to a FAANG recruiter about an interesting position but no call and still no response to my follow up email 12 hours later. C’mon...

How do you hint to a client (who is constantly praising your work) that you would be 1000000% down for them to poach you and save you from the agency misery? Client is in the process of hiring for their team so it’s the perfect opp but…politics and professionalism and all that blah blah. 🤣😇

This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer?
