It seems like a reasonable study to be conducting and curious why pharma isn’t following patients d dimer and platelet results. They already linked d dimers as a bio marker for COVID-19

I work for a large, legacy technology company that hasn’t been faring so well lately. I have a fantastic manager who cares about my growth, a supportive team, I’m well compensated...but I don’t believe in the product that I have to sell.

Based on stock prices, press, and exec turnover, I don’t know what to do. There are more positives than negatives but it’s hard to be inspired (or confident) much lately. We are a decade behind newer tech companies

Started in big 4 Tax 1yr ago but was pulled on a Consulting project 10 months in. After the Consulting project, I can’t see myself going back to Tax.
