Thank you. Any suggestions for how you propagate those qualities among leaders and team members who are 2/3/4 levels below you?
in addition to the other comments, i would say: humility, diversity, transparency. In our work in helping innovation teams and leadership teams, we also find the ability for a team to be egalitarian and willing to have a healthy debate and discussion. When planning for the future, they should be willing to diverge before they converge. To propagate to levels below the right culture, i think making your values explicit about what makes a healthy team is a great start. - Trust, Active listening, Empathy, diversity of thought, transparency, etc. In any change effort, we always recommend start with the values and building a common language in the organization.
