Not great. They do not pay market rate, that’s for sure. Unless you come with serious qualifications you might be able to get some kind of equity, but at this point I highly doubt it.

Big Win: a while ago I posted about a man I referred to my company being offered more than my salary. I decided to wait for my annual eval/raise & trust my manager’s assessment of my work instead of bringing it up. Today, so excited to say I actually got a raise that put me way over and above that! 🙏🏽🙏🏽 thankful for supportive leadership esp bc I’m 1 junior eng woman working with 12 senior eng men!

Need help with Negotiating an offer from Facebook (Meta) I was offered a base pay about 10k lower than my current base, with 15% bonus and 55k equity vesting over 4 years (HOW can I even monetize this equity/rsu? Hi Fishes, I have got an offer letter from cognizant which is having the compensation of 10.2LPA. Now I have got another offer from LTI and the compensation is 11LPA. But I need to join COGNIZANT.
