I have worked in healthcare for almost 4 years now. I have experience in managed care, utilization management, and clinical administrator coordinator. I love my job and the pay is fair but being single and on my own it is not enough to live on and enjoy. I make about 55K and am really hoping to reach at-least a 75K+ job. My highest paying job wont let me change schedules what should I do. I have 3 jobs. Job 1 is $57,008 a year job 2 is 23/hr job 3 is 22/hr job 1 and two are full time. Job 2 is very flexibly schedule as I’m home based. But I like job one but they won’t let you change your schedule until month 6 as it is considered a new position. They did not tell me my real schedule until after training and it’s causing a lot of depression working overnight on the weekend… what should I do?

I have got a offer from JP Morgan, I had asked them for joining bonus which they declined but have told me they would pay me my annual bonus(pre defined in current organization) in January as incentive along with rest of organization. JPMC(grade 602) - 25lpa (pf - 90k)
I am more interested in joining JP. But there seems to be a big difference in CTC. There is no variable mentioned in JP offer but probable12% bonus.
Which one is a better choice. Will JP revise my CTC. How and when to approach them and what's least I settle for. Joining date is 14th Sept for both.
