I've been working with a newly established consultancy business. Until now I've been paid day rates or project rates.
I've been invited to lead, build and manage the HR consultancy.
What are reasonable fee structures?
1. If they source work and give it to me to complete, what is a fair percentage?
2. If I source work and complete it, what should I 'pay' them given that it's under their 'brand'?

A friend of mine has been recruited in accenture for a position but post joining they haven't contacted him. Assigned him to a project but have not assigned him any role or responsibility. SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

I'm testing SPHR in June. Any advice for securing the type of role I'm aiming for?

I have been in various customer service/support roles for the entirety of my career but am now interested in transitioning into a HR role. I am on the "Bench" with Disney GHRO (since March 1st) and have no idea if/when I will receive an offer. I have also been invited to interview for HR Contact Center Associate - Work from Home, ERC DLS Support at Amazon. Does anyone have any insight into either of these roles or advice? I had resigned from a job a few weeks ago. I’m entitled to 2 weeks (10 days) of vacation pay. I used 1.5 since January 1st. Will I be paid out the vacation pay that I earned from Jan-June, or the full 8.5 days that I would’ve had left?

I'm SHRM-SCP certified and I have been interested in the total rewards or compensation side of HR. Do you think that getting the CCP certification is a good investment? I've seen many Total Rewards open positions but I feel I don't have the necessary experience. Any advices?
