1) make sure you know your competition's content types
2) work out a good internal content creation process
3) take the approach of thought leadership, to educate your client/prospect businesses the value of your product.
4) celebrate your client's wins and tag them in posts (obvs check with relationship owners if need be) but the more timely and personal your content the more likely it will be shared
5)if audience is small due to account being new, get staff to share posts regularly.
6) use hashtags properly - read up on best practices and use tools like Ritetag
7) host events that offer free value, and follow up with posts that cascade that info / leadership for easy consumption.
Example: Buffer (social media scheduling SaaS) shares loads of content about best practice in social content, because people who want to read that will feel the need for their tools.
