What are the steps to respectfully asking for a raise? After I’ve already sent an email requesting a raise, speaking/asking to a meeting and letting it be known that I deserve a raise.

Found that many folks in my office still dont reach to Senior after 3 years. I dont want to be like them. Any advice? Can I request for a promotion after 2 years given it's not the standard in my location? Or should I switch to other Big 4?
