What are the various firms' travel policies in ANZ? i.e. is MEL PER business class

I need to book a Marriott hotel on the West side of Manhattan for the 4th of July evening. Are there any where I would have a good chance of being able to use a Marriott Suite Night Award? .

Took a lot from me mentally to leave consulting because I had a great support system there but I didn’t want to travel anymore because of a growing family. I joined a series-C startup and it’s been a dumpster fire of politics and incompetence and I totally regret joining. I saw some red flags but things only got terrible due to the economic situation with tech/startups. Manager is horrible and we’ve had constant reorgs. With a new kid on the way, the uncertainty is killing me. Any advice?

Just arrived to Sydney from Chicago with my wife and 2 sons both under 2. Ladies, I agreed to get take on a project with a hybrid travel schedule but after kicking it off, my SM is expecting a lot more travel than a few workshops. Full 3 nights, some back to back weeks, and every 3 weeks for sure. He’s also expecting co-location in between… how did we get here overnight? Also I have kids and honestly can’t put this kind of pressure on my spouse - pickups/drop offs, dinners etc. it’s just not fair on our family. How do I manage his expectations?
