I think tools like BP and UiPath will be irrelevant in a few years. They deliver nowhere near the value that consulting firms declare imo.

What are y'alls thoughts on the RPA space as a whole? Fairly new to the space but seems like VCs are throwing money at RPA startups right now...

How do you measure success after implemening an RPA solution? I'm looking for questions or any measurements methods to see how it works as a part of change management program. Like if you save 2 hours everyday how do you use it now? I can't ask it directly as people hesitant to say robots are doing their jobs (it's part of back office transmission projects) TIA :)
