I'm currently in the non-profit space as an HRBP. I manage over 30 reqs and am struggling keeping up with the full responsibilities of a recruiter and hrbp. I spoke to my manager and she said it's normal for an hrbp to have at least 50 reqs. I've never seen this type of model at ANY of my previous employers. Is this common?

I have practiced law for several years and still struggle with the feast-or-famine nature of my practice. (Sudden rush of client outreach, many emergencies, then … nothing). I think tools like BP and UiPath will be irrelevant in a few years. They deliver nowhere near the value that consulting firms declare imo.

In my experience, you should be able to capture the majority of scenarios through UAT, and set them up as Business User Exceptions. After that, they would be new scenarios that require a change request.
As far as managed service, we have a team in Costa Rica that provides Level 1-4 support for trouble shooting, basic bot errors, etc. This includes looking at workflows to determine where and how the error occurred.
You need small team for production support usually developers..
