What are typical exit opportunities for a TAS/Diligence senior or first year manager?

I'm a manual tester and I want to increase my skillset for better opportunity. I have started learning python with selenium but I'm not getting much task related to this and manual testing seems very boring to me. I'm not sure what to do now. Any suggestions?
