If I moved from a Fortune 500 healthcare consulting role to a small start up with 100+ people... will it be easy to bounce back to a Fortune 500 if I want? Currently in a senior role, 4 YOE.

I have experience as a project manager, scrum master, and BA and I was hoping these combined could land me a product manager role, but it seems like companies require extensive prior experience as a product manager already - so, what is the best way to get my foot into that role?
